Fresh goat cheese produced using 100% natural and bio-sustainable methods. It is made by carefully cooking the sweet whey from the award-winning Gigante do Bosque goat, without the addition of milk or lactic acid. The cheese is made using biogas naturally produced in the Capril do Bosque biodigester.
