A soft, fermented goat cheese with a bloomy rind, filled with a thin layer of Mexican peppers, which give it a delicate spiciness, perfect for enjoying with a good drink. Lightly pressed and matured with charcoal. Surprising and balanced, it was developed as a gift for Capril do Bosque's first customer.
